Galxe
Galxe is thrilled to announce our collaboration with Google Cloud, providing state-of-the-art infrastructure for the Galxe ecosystem. With Google Cloud’s technological architecture as the foundational structure, Galxe is on a trajectory to onboard the world to web3 with our suite of AI, digital identity, and blockchain solutions. This alliance includes the integration of AlloyDB, BigQuery, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Datastream, and Memorystore.
Why Google Cloud?
Google Cloud’s scalable and secure infrastructure delivers the highest level of performance and availability, which is pivotal to Galxe’s mission to provide global coverage, lower latency, and stability. In practice, this enables partners to employ Galxe’s protocol to send rewards and incentives to public chains and gather data on onchain user behavior across social media, Discord, and GitHub.
Galxe also leverages several other Google Cloud services to drive web3 projects. For instance, we use AlloyDB and BigQuery for data storage and analysis, and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) for containerized workloads. Datastream further fits into the Galxe architecture, serving as a change-data-capture tool with auto-schema conversion that replicates AlloyDB data to BigQuery for analysis. On the same spectrum, Memorystore provides a caching mechanism to handle the high volume of read operations compared to write operations.
AlloyDB for PostgreSQL
To bridge the gap between the existing 22 million active users and the next wave of adoption, Galxe leverages the AlloyDB for PostgreSQL as it reinforces reliable access to significant and consistent data. This paves the way for Galxe to march towards onboarding the world to web3 as the platform architecture cements its element of scalability across the ecosystem.
This transition from Amazon Aurora to Google Cloud’s AlloyDB for PostgreSQL has not only introduced cost-efficiency on read & write I/O operations but also boosted performance for fast online transactional processing (OLTP) workloads, facilitating sharpened flexibility in the platform. Due to its flexibility, near-zero downtime, superior performance, and role as the single source of truth, AlloyDB now houses millions of onchain and offchain user data, enabling our developers to harness granular datasets for precise targeting of events and airdrops.
Powering the Next Wave of Web3 Adoption
Through this partnership with Google Cloud, we’re ushering stability and scalability into the center stage, supporting the next wave of web3 adoption built on data and AI. As we pursue this, Galxe will further integrate AlloyDB’s columnar engine for fast analytical query ability without any code changes. This collaboration between Galxe and Google Cloud is set to empower web3 by leveraging the capabilities of cutting-edge AI tools.
